Ventum, a cutting-edge direct-to-consumer (D2C) bicycle manufacturer, redefines performance cycling from its home base in Heber City, Utah. After relocating from Miami in 2020 to immerse itself in the outdoor lifestyle of the Uinta Mountains, Ventum sought a partner to elevate its e-commerce presence and marketing strategy. Enter TWIO.

Tasked with reinvigorating Ventum’s digital storefront and enhancing its multi-channel marketing efforts, TWIO seamlessly integrates with Ventum’s in-house marketing team to deliver daily support across platforms. Together, they are propelling Ventum’s brand and business to new heights.

TWIO collaborated closely with the Ventum product team to craft striking graphics and colorways that seamlessly aligned with the brand’s strategy. By weaving brand identity directly into product design, TWIO transformed Ventum’s bikes into tangible expressions of the cycling culture they embody.

TWIO partnered with Ventum to craft an e-commerce experience as streamlined and high-performing as their bikes. Together, they developed an interactive bike builder, empowering customers to design, save, share, and purchase Ventum bikes directly through a seamless integration with the BigCommerce platform.

The result is a clean, user-focused interface that keeps Ventum’s high-performance bicycles and core cycling culture at the center of the experience.
